Shipping policy

We will send your product by your chosen postage method the same day if ordered by 3pm UK time. All UK orders up to 2kg have free 48 hour tracked delivery.

The quotes for shipping times are noted in brackets next to the postage method chosen, these are estimates and do not take into consideration holiday periods, industrial action or other unforseen circumstances. Our only guarantee to you is to post the item promptly, the receipt of this item is out of our responsibility.

For tracked and signed services, you will need to have someone at the postal address to receive the item, neighbours and safe places are only optional at the post-persons discretion. A post-person is not obliged to knock at neighbours doors or to intelligently choose a "safe place" for a delivery. Generally, Royal Mail who is our main UK courier will take an item where there is a signature required, back to a depot for collection or redelivery, this can be arranged online. They do not always leave a card, if in a block of flats or building of multiple occupancy, if they do leave a card, you may not receive it, bear this in mind and if this is your situation, please consider whether another delivery address such as a place of work would be a more prudent idea.

International orders are sent airmail but have a wide delivery window, this is because items can be held up due to bad weather, slow customs clearance and generally be harder to time. Please make sure your full address is in the English language and is perfectly formatted so that your local service has all of the information needed for a prompt and accurate delivery.
